COWBOY CRICKET CUP 2010

Indian Student Association (ISA) at OSU is glad to announce the *COWBOY
CRICKET CUP 2010*. This tournament which will be hosted at CCC Cricket
ground is *OPEN TO ALL STUDENTS. *The tournament is scheduled from Saturday,
24th July to Sunday, 22nd August 2010.


The rules for registration of teams are as follows:


· Each Team will consist of 14 players (Playing 11 + 3 substitute
players). A kit including bat, balls (tennis-balls, medium weight), and
wickets will be provided by ISA.


· Team Captains will be responsible for forming their respective teams and
should e-mail ISA, the names of their team members and their team logo-name.
The team captain should also include contact information (phone numbers,
e-mails) of their own and that of another player so that ISA may contact
him/her, if situation arises.


· The deadline for registration of a team will be *20th July, 2010.*


· To start with, a team can register with only Seven players. A list of
all 14 players will have to be presented before *20th July, 2010. *


· We will be distributing Cash Prizes this year for winners, runner up
teams, man of series and man of match for semi final and final. The exact
amounts will be announced in coming days.


· At the time of registration, each team will have to pay $35 as entrée
fees.


· The detailed* *rules will be provided to team captains later in
subsequent emails.


· If you do not have enough players to make a team or if you would like
to play but not able to find a team to be a part of- no worries - ISA will
help to coordinate you into a team! If any team needs additional players, or
any single player wants to get into a team then please let ISA know through
email.


· Teams are not restricted to just the Indian Students, if you
have friends who would like to play, bring them along and encourage them to
be a part of the activity arranged by one of the largest International
Student Organizations on campus!


· We also encourage other student bodies / Clubs to participate in this
event.
